Diet and Nutrition Ontario

Nutrition in essence is the awareness of food that is less processed, refined or enhanced with additives or colouring. It is the goal of the Nutritionists of Alliance Healthcare Professionals to enact education on our patients and open new perspectives to a healthier, better way of eating. Modern deficiencies in our soils have lost the required supplements, herbs and micronutrients in order to maintain a proper diet. Most diets in North America have been linked to such degenerative diseases as heart diseases, arthritis and the impending epidemic of diabetes.

Nutritionists refuse to dismiss the links between these poor diets and degenerative diseases. It is there that they see diet as a major milestone in combating these various disorders. Therefore at Alliance we see the benefits of nutrition in all of our patients programs. Whether they are for illness recovery, prevention or just attempting to lead a healthy lifestyle we can fulfill all your nutrition needs at Alliance.

Are our Diets Hard to Follow?

Each diet is based on intense one-on-one consultation so that the nutritionist is able to gauge such things as your eating habits, each individual’s condition, medications they could be on, supplements and food preferences. Nutritionists truly believe that we arrive at poor health through poor lifestyle and food choices and vice versa return to health through wise diet and lifestyle. Adjustments in our diets are dictated by our client’s level of compliance and commitment. This can ensure maximum results and lasting long term effective results. If you are committed to make a difference it is not hard to follow as it is a conscious choice of you to make a difference, those who are not ready make a change the diet may be hard to follow.
