Wholistic Women’s Fair

Quick summary:

    * The Wholistic Women’s Fair grew from 12 tables in 2007 to 30 tables in 2008.
    * 200 people in attendance in 2007 and grew to 300 people in 2008.
    * Raised $3,000 in 2007 and increased to $5,000 in 2008
    * All proceeds go to non profit organizations

Sponsorship Levels

$1,000 – Diamond Sponsor

•  All advertising within Alliance Healthcare Professionals, Halton Women’s Centre, International Organization of Nutritional Consultants, Oakville Beaver (November), our chosen non-profit organization database where proceeds will be donated, Bronte Villager (fall issue) will have your company’s name and/or logo on it - an estimate of reaching over 200,000 people in media coverage
• Promotional flyers or articles for the Wholistic Women’s Fair will have your company’s name and/or logo 
• Your company’s name and/or logo will be listed in the front page of our promotional flyers and be displayed at the Fair.
• Prime table location with generous space
• Promote your goods and services in our stage or lecture room – subject to availability
• You will be one of the presenters at the Donation Ceremony (date to be announced) – we estimate we should be able to raise a minimum of $5,000

$500 – Gold Sponsor

• Your company’s name and/or logo will appear in any of our November releases
• Your company’s name and/or logo will be listed in the front page of our promotional flyers and be displayed at the Fair
• Prime table location with generous space

$180 – Booth Rental

• Tables are 6 x 1-1/2 feet rectangular banquet tables with a limited number of 6’ x 3’ tables available while supplies last, please specify your preference as it is first come first served basis. Chairs can be provided.
