Case of the Month
Being somewhat of a skeptic about
chiropractic after many doctor's tests, school tests, diets, piano
lessons, tutors, not to mention finally agreeing to "Ritalin" for
our Attention Deficient Disorder (ADD) son, our son's piano teacher
read somewhere that chiropractic adjustments can help ADD children.
Usually the spine is not completely straight or the muscles are very
tense from trying to cope with their own problems, mainly
frustrations and stress.
I decided to try chiropractic
treatment for our son. My husband and I are so thrilled with his
improvement, both mentally and physically. His grand-parents noticed
within a few months how much his handwriting has improved. He has
not taken any medication since going to the chiropractor. That was
our greatest relief.t Also, he was retested and has an above average
IQ, capable of entering high school with a more positive attitude
about himself.
After seeing such an improvement
in my son, and having osteoarthritis with muscle spasm, tense
shoulders and neck pack, I decided to see if the chiropractor could
help me! I could not believe the relief I have felt in such a short
period of time...
I hope this not only helps all
those skeptical people who have children with ADD or some form of
back pain problems. I now believe. It does work!
