Dr. Julio Perez

Dr Julio Perez attended The Central University of Venezuela in 1989, where he completed his medical degree followed by his Doctor in Ophthalmology degree also at the Central University of Venezuela. In 2001, he began practicing in Caracas, Venezuela with a group of ophthalmologists where he achieved extensive experience in advanced cataract and glaucoma surgeries.

In 2010, after he has attended the IOBP program, he received his Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, Canadian Association of Optometrists, Venezuelian Association of Ophthalmologists and College of Physicians of Venezuela.

Dr Perez has been trained in the lastest advances in pharmaceutical treatments, ocular diseases, and brings a high level of eye care to the GTA.
