What is Chi Kung?
Chi Kung is the basis for all martial arts e.g. Tai Chi, Kung Fu. It uses the breath to bring focus and attention to the internal organs to strengthen and tone them.
As women possess the power to bring life into this world, there is a difference as to how men and women should practice Chi Kung.
Regular practice will help increase energy and rejuvenate the body to look younger and healthier.
